“Promo price”
Stayed for 2 nights, paid a few hundred, waited long for the room. The first room was spacious and near the pool, but the TV didn't work. I moved to another room where the TV worked, but there was no wifi. Well, whatever, I was too lazy to move again. To go to the beach or the pool, you have to drive; if you don't have a private car, it's not convenient. The project is very large, so it feels quite lonely, playing in the water by myself. If you like quietness, I recommend this place. Oh... at night, all the hallway lights in the building are turned off, leaving only the emergency exit signs. Going alone feels a little scary too.

“Seaside accommodation.”
It is a place to stay with a condo-like atmosphere, similar to living in your own room. It is worth much more than the price. The owner takes good care, and you can drive and park to go for a walk at the beach.

“Exceptional”
If you like peace and quiet, it's really great. But if you don't, I wouldn’t recommend it because it’s very quiet. However, the room is really nice, well-equipped, large, and clean, with a private beach to enjoy. There’s a 7-Eleven that delivers, so it's really relaxed.
