Liked: We felt right at home—truly like we were among family. Everything was wonderful from start to finish, and we had a fantastic time. I would especially like to thank our guide, Jinah, for her constant support, attentiveness, and friendly smile throughout our entire holiday. Our chef, Faruk, delighted us every day by preparing special meals tailored to our tastes. All the other staff members also enhanced our vacation with their attentive service, friendly smiles, and genuine warmth. It was also very important to us that our rooms were meticulously cleaned and kept fresh and tidy. We also extend our special thanks to Hasan and, in particular, Rabiul for their constant assistance during the activities we joined; thanks to their attentiveness, patience, and friendliness, we thoroughly enjoyed every event. We offer our heartfelt thanks to the entire team for making us feel like part of the family. We will never forget these beautiful days spent in the Maldives. Thank you for everything—we would certainly love to come back! ❤️

A személyzet kedvessége, odaadása....a szakács finomabbnál finomabb ételei elvarázsoltak minket! 🙂 Mindenben segítségünkre voltak.A szálloda Managere Jina is mindent megtett annak érdekében,hogy megoldja ha valamire szükségünk volt.A tisztaság kifogástalan,modern,kényelmes tágas szobákkal.A szálloda közvetlenül a parton helyezkedik el,ahol gyönyörű ősnövényzet,és virágok teszik csodálatossá a környezetet és a kilátást!Még az utazási nehézségeinket is igyekeztek megoldani a távozásunk után.Szuper csapat,csodálatos hely...mindenkinek csak ajánlani fogom!!! 🤗 Zsuzsanna és Péter, Magyarország. ❤️

Liked: Das Personal und das Management sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Lage fanden wir nicht so gut, der Bikini beach war am anderen Ende der Insel. Fahrräder sollte es geben, waren aber nicht ersichtlich für uns. Wir buchten all inklusive, das war sehr enttäuschend, Buffet war angeben, waren aber zu wenig Gäste, dann gabs halt keines. Dann sind wir dreimal umgezogen, da es im Badezimmer sehr übel roch, das Problem konnte nicht behoben werden. Wir wollten eigentlich 2 Wochen bleiben, sind dann aber ausgeschenkt, weil es unerträglich für uns war. Das Management besonders TATIANA hat sich mit booking.com in Verbindung gesetzt, um das finanzielle zu lösen. Wir hatten ja schon alles bezahlt. Wir konnten aus dem Vertrag aussteigen und zshlten nur die 2 Nächte. Hierfür nochmal ganz herzlich Dank, das ist nicht selbstverständlich.

Liked: The hotel has good infrastructure and the facilities are cleaned daily. The room was cleaned every day, the bed and shower were very comfortable, and the staff was generally friendly and polite.

Disliked: We had booked a room with a balcony, but upon arrival we were assigned a ground-floor room that was smaller, had poor internet connection, was directly exposed to the outside, and had a strong septic water smell throughout the room. Despite reporting the issue immediately, we had to insist and even state that we would leave before the hotel reacted and finally gave us the room we had originally booked, which only happened after 3 nights. It felt as though, despite being aware of the issue, they tried to minimize it rather than resolve it promptly. Although the room was cleaned daily, the bed sheets were never changed during our entire 12-day stay, which is unexpected for a hotel of this level. At checkout, we were charged an additional 3.5% bank commission for card payment, which was not clearly communicated in advance, resulting in an extra cost of around USD 20. We also requested laundry service before leaving (USD 20). The first time, the clothes were returned undried, unfolded, and placed directly into a bag. After complaining, they agreed to redo it, but the second time, although the clothes were folded, they appeared to have been washed without detergent or softener, with an unpleasant smell. In practice, the service was useless, as we had to rewash everything at home.

Liked: Staff straordinario, la cucina del cuoco è eccellente, con particolare attenzione alle nostre esigenze e necessità specialmente per nostra figlia di 6 anni.... pulizia personale e camerieri super.

Disliked: La mancanza di uno stendino previsto nella descrizione della camera. Sarebbe necessario un servizio gratuito di teli mare con cambio quotidiano..

Liked: Chambre très spacieuse établissement propre, la literie, super confortable et bravo au Chef pour sa bonne cuisine

Disliked: Responsable envahissant
