Disliked: STAY AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL! I was the victim of a serious theft directly inside my hotel room. My valuable jewelry, which was carefully HIDDEN inside my luggage, was stolen. This means the housekeeping staff doesn't just clean your room: they actively dig through your personal belongings and bags, assuming you won't notice. And just like in all the other negative reviews, their response is to blame you and claim: "It's your fault for not putting your items in the safe." ARE YOU SERIOUS?! Their own cleaning staff is literally going through guests' private luggage to steal, yet the hotel claims zero responsibility for this?! It is absolutely mind-blowing. I am far from being the only victim: there have been numerous other theft cases in this establishment. The hotel is fully aware of this situation, yet they completely turn a blind eye. Customer service and management take NO ACTION WHATSOEVER to help you. They pretend an "internal investigation" is taking place just to buy time. They simply hope that once you're back home, you'll give up on pursuing the matter. No sanctions are ever taken against the suspected staff, creating a total sense of impunity: as a result, thefts continue day after day, year after year, without anyone protecting the guests. To make matters worse, this hotel does not deserve its 4-star rating at all. From cleanliness (rusted trash cans in the bathroom) to organization, order, and follow-up, the hotel falls completely short of what it claims to be. Oh and if sleep is important to you don't even think of sleeping there, their red exit light will be strong enough to keep u up the whole night.

Liked: Very comfortable bed and nice clean room.

Disliked: Room was missing place to dry swimwear and other staff as well as iron/ironboard. The TV could be “smart” with apps like Netflix/Youtube. Pool was quite cold for a swim.

Liked: Location was great, rooms clean, just around the corner from the beach and also next to Aldi, and next to the bus stop - shuttle from the airport

Disliked: Not the most convenient because doesn’t have a balcony or even a rack to dry your swimsuits etc. so just had to hang things around the bathroom, and the hotel doesn’t offer food - sometimes just want to stay at the hotel and eat

Liked: It has a great location right close the beach.

Liked: The rooms are clean and cleaned every day. There is also a rooftop pool.

Disliked: The room is quite small. Since we were travelling with a child, the entire room was basically taken up by two beds pushed together. There was no wardrobe, and the bathroom and shower had a glass window:) The beach is right next to the hotel, but at the same time, there are crowds of people around, so keep that in mind if you prefer a quieter holiday. The rooms have no balconies, so there is nowhere to dry your towels or swimwear. The photos showed coffee machines in the rooms, but unfortunately, we only found a kettle for boiling water.

Liked: Really nice facilities. Comfortable beds and comfortable room temperature. Staff is very nice and friendly

Disliked: Not amazing location, for a 4 star hotel. No breakfast or any amenities just the pool and it could be open for more hours (8-22 for example). No parking either. Overall felt that the hotel did not meet the expectations of a 4 star hotel. Not a prime location, no amenities, no breakfast or room service food, no parking, no balcony or even windows that to can look through. Value for money it is not a good place to stay, however if you have money and don’t mind having only a comfortable room then it is a good option. The showers had some mold that was not cleaned properly.

Disliked: They didn’t have iron available in the rooms.

Liked: The pool

Disliked: The staff absolutely horrendous staff and caused us to be late to our friends wedding
