“Exceptional”
It seems that you shouldn't have complaints about the price in Nha Trang. The room is on the corridor side where you can't see outside, but the air conditioning works well, and I rested comfortably. I am a solo traveler. The hot water also works well. The beach is close, so I just went in once and came back out. The cleaning staff is very kind. I hope everyone uses it cleanly.

“Terrible hotel”
Dirty. I wouldn’t stay here again, found roaches walking around the floor.

“Dirty, Old, not value with the price”
I read the review form agoda & book this in the way to come Da Nang for one night rest at Nha Trang with my family. Dirty, old!

“The room is so small and uncomfortable”
The room is so small and uncomfortable. There is not much space in the room with 2 beds. There isn’t even aircon in the lobby.

“Exceptional”
I booked 3 rooms for 1 night. The hotel is clean, fully equipped, the staff are friendly, and the location is close to the beach, making it very convenient.

“Not so happy”
Unfortunately, our stay wasn’t pleasant. The room was not very clean, we found a used face mask next to the nightstand, the bathroom window facing the corridor allowed many small bugs into the room, and there were spider webs throughout. We also encountered a cockroach in the elevator. On our last day, we had transportation scheduled for 8:00am, so the night before we asked if breakfast could be available at 7:00 or 7:30am We were told that wouldn’t be a problem since the restaurant opens at 7:00am However, when we went down that morning, we were told breakfast wasn’t ready and would only be available at 8:00am Since we had to leave, we missed breakfast and left hungry.

“The place was fine but the receptionist were not Communicating with each other”
Disliked: There employees receptionist couldn’t coordinate with each other information. One would say one thing the other didn’t get the information the next day. They also had posted on Booking.com that you can have a 2 hour late checkout on there advertisment but they didn’t know about it. I had to fight for even one hour checkout, they wouldn’t give me 2 hour late check out.The next day they wanted me to leave at 12 p.m so they can clean the room for there next guest. She was adamant I Cannot stay, she had to Call her manager to confirm about my 1 pm checkout which she finally approved. It was very frustrating.
