Breakfast were awesome n so many choices...mall,cinema and kids arcade just go down below hotel.nice location

Lokasinya sangat strategis dari mana2, fasilitas yang memuaskan & staff ramah..., sangat baik utk berlibur

Tadinya gak ber ekspektasi tinggi karena cuma hotel bintang 4 doang dan lokasi jg strategis biasanya gak gmn2 amat tapi ternyataaaaa duhhh!! Staff ramah, check in cepet gak bertele2, kamar juga luas n bersih manah nyaman dan hoki bgt dpt view yg ke Pasopati lgsg. Breakfast juga enakk bgtt!! Menunya lengkap banyak manah rasanya enak bgt. Meskipun keadaan hotel rame bgt tp para staff bsa handle semuanya dengan baik tanpa antre antre club di live cooking maupun live beverage nya. Kekurangannya paling di kamar mandinya gak ada shower cap, shaver, trs si hair dryer nya yg tanem gt n kabelny pendek jd agak ribet, TV juga blm smart TV, water heater ny agak lama tp dpt di mengerti sih mgkn krna lg rame Sisanya oke bangett dan pasti akan balik lg suatu saat nanti kesini!! 😍❤️

Our stay at the Sensa was absolutely perfect. All staff treated us like family. We were so impressed with everything. We will definitely be back to Bandung, and will only stay at the Sensa and Lumensa Hotels in future!!!!!!!

The hotel is in urgent need of renovation and proper maintenance. The curtains were extremely old, with what appeared to be fly droppings on them, making them look worn out and almost rotten. Additionally, the toilet drainage was poor, causing water to accumulate and flood the bathroom floor, including the dry area. Overall, the room condition was disappointing and did not meet my expectations. Based on this experience, I will not be staying at this hotel again. I hope the management will take these issues seriously and carry out the necessary renovations and maintenance to improve the comfort and cleanliness of the rooms.

The hotel's location is connected to a mall, the breakfast is delicious, the rooms are clean, and the staff is friendly. The only slight drawback is that some of the TV channels are a bit unclear.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Outstanding Service — Truly Feels Like 5 Stars Our family had a very memorable experience while staying at Sensa Hotel Bandung, especially due to the attention and care from the staff in the breakfast service. During breakfast, our child was feeling unwell and ended up vomiting. Seeing this condition, the Sensa staff promptly came to help and provided care that truly touched us. They offered to make warm soup specifically for our child, as well as prepare warm drinks of tea, ginger, and honey. What impressed us even more was that their attentiveness did not stop in the restaurant area. Since our child needed to rest in the room, the Sensa staff then delivered snacks and cut fruits directly to our room. The fruits they prepared were very diverse: mango, banana, apple, orange, and grapes. For us, this was not just about fulfilling hotel service standards. When a child is sick, attention, initiative, and care like this mean a lot to parents. We truly felt that the Sensa staff not only served guests but also cared about their guests' situations. Outstanding, Sensa Hotel Bandung. This is the kind of service that we believe truly feels like 5-star hotel service. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Thank you to the entire Sensa team, especially the staff who were on duty in the breakfast area at that time. The kindness and attention given to our child will be one of the things we remember most from our family trip to Bandung. Highly recommended for families. We will happily return to stay at Sensa Hotel Bandung.

Bad experience for this hotel i don't recommend anybody to stay because of one reason is the sound of prayer at 2:30 am.. we reached at 9 pm from long way then at night we couldn't sleep because of prayer speaker...very loud u will not sleep...at next day I asked to change the room they refused... otherwise location good
