“Great location”
Perfect location for our stay. The staff were all so lovely and helpful. Rooms were clean, tidy and spacious. Maybe a little dark in the rooms of if I was going to note anything. Rooftop area and pool were closed while we were there

“Ideal for central experience”
Liked: The location is a walking distance from Gran Via. Staff are very helpful and always offering help.
Disliked: Room service wasn’t the best for the value of the stay.

“Luxury feel without the luxury prices”
Liked: Definitely felt like a higher-end hotel, without the extremely high-end prices. We were welcomed by very friendly staff with a glass of Cava, and our bags were brought to our rooms very promptly. The hotel itself is beautifully appointed and dramatic, and everything was very clean. The room was comfortable and elegant, and the bathroom, with a double sink, two showers, and a separate toilet room with a bidet, was very nice.
Disliked: Some of the lights in the room were a bit difficult to figure out, and the only waste bin in the bathroom was very small and in the separate toilet room, but other than that, can't think of any complaints.

“Sophisticated hotel, wonderful staff, excellent food, incredible artwork, and very comfortable.”
Liked: The staff was wonderful, especially Paula and Carolina who both helped me enormously with my application for an emergency passport since mine was stolen in Bilbao.
Disliked: Occasionally the doorman was unavailable to help me with my things.

“fair experience”
Staff is amazing, rooms are clean but are small, the hotel it self is nice but very noisy, had hard time sleeping due to the wooden floors making sound every time someone moves

“Lovely hotel although needs lighting!”
Staff are really friendly, stylish hotel. The downside is the darkness and mirrors! There needs to be a spotlight mirror in the bathroom, or switch the curtains for a blind to let light in.

“Small boutique hotel in a great location. Excellent service”
Liked: The location is very good, walking distance to major sites, restaurants and shops. The staff were particularly helpful and welcoming. Breakfast is excellent! Apart from having a very good selection, there is something specially pleasing about starting your day with white tablecloths and starched napkins.
Disliked: The room was a bit dark, the only window faced an interior courtyard. Absolutely no privacy in the bathroom. Shower and tub have a window facing the room, and even with the screen down, if the lights are on, it’s totally see through
