Amazing stay! The staff were super friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. The hotel is in an excellent location, close to everything we needed. Everything was also very clean and well maintained, which made our stay even more comfortable. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again!

“Great place run by great people”

Liked: Its pretty close to taksim square and Isteklal street. The staff is courteous and always smiling. They help out a lot. Cleaning daily and 24/7 reception

Disliked: Minor things really. Our taxi could not come to the gate so we had to pull our bags up to it. Their staff did help with the big bags. In the shower area, there was no shelf so we could not put our toiletries there

“A pleasant stay”

Liked: The hotel is well located on Istiklal street walking distance to Taskim Square for Metro, Taxi, and Galata Tower. Surrounded by restaurants and shops. The room is spacious, comfortable, very well equipped, clean and nicely decorated. I loved the paintings. The hotel staff were nice and helpful. We also got an upgrade. That was a pleasant surprise. Mr Gurken is such a pleasant person, helped us in the Metro and with our luggage. It's also a safe area. We are definitely coming back again.

Disliked: If you have a light sleep then the noise from the bubbly Istiklal street might disturb you. We were too tired to be bothered and we got used to it.
