Liked: It was close to the beach, it was close to shops and restaurants & bars.
Disliked: It was very basic. The pull down bed was creaked loudly when you laid on it. The key situation was very confusing, there are a lot of keys for various locks! There was no view of anything from any of the windows.

Liked: Location in proximity to beach, restaurants, and other parts of San Juan and PR. The amenities were thoughtful and made guests feel comfortable and welcomed. The property management staff were extremely supportive and accommodating!!!! They’re responsive and were so helpful with any questions or needs I had, especially as a single woman traveler with one child.
Disliked: The locks! There are locks to enter the community, there’s a lock to enter the main entrance of the property and another lock to enter the actual apartment (all bolt locks, so you need a key to open/close on either side). The lock to the entrance of Serena Baja property is a little sticky, and can also be a challenge when opening and locking. The community is a gated community, so it’s a bit challenging to understand that you must always access through the main gate entrance, especially for Uber or Taxis. It also not explicitly stated that you must use a key to enter or exit any of the main gates if you’re walking on foot out of the community.

“I enjoyed my three nights stay very much.”
Liked: Beautiful apartment! Clean, quiet and very well equipped. Great location just 5 min walking to the beach. Free bus ride everywhere. It was very good connection with the host.

Disliked: Appartement très sombre Parfois, l'entrée dans la résidence était complexe car le gardien ne comprenait pas où nous allions.

“Enjoyed our first visit to PR, good value of accommodation that was great.”
Liked: Nice property at a good price. Met expectations.
Disliked: Just more instructions on the gates around the complex. How to leave on foot (blue stick and key) and how to leave by car (which single gate out of several) you need to use - guard may be on duty - night and day access. Instructions were either missing or outdated. Need map of complete and gates.
