Liked: The morning view was not bad
Disliked: The steps and stairs were very uncomfortable and not within safety levels. Since no lifts or elevators was very difficult
Liked: This is my second time in Ella. Serenite Ella exceeded my expectations. A very good hotel with exceptional cleanliness and views of the waterfalls from the balcony and the infinity pool. The breakfast served was really good. Even at dinner the food was very good and arrived in decent waiting time. Special mention to the staff. Everyone from breakfast staff to helpers who carry your bag, bar tenders at the restaurant and the front office staff were very kind and helpful. Highly recommend this hotel and would definitely return to stay at Serenite Ella. Thank you.
Liked: The location was stunning. The staff were very good. The spa was excellent and we had a massage which was better than a more famous one in Sigara. Food was good and stunning views
Disliked: When we arrived our room had a lot of flies buzzing around which we had to kill. I hate flies. Could do with comfortable chairs to enjoy balcony and views. Excellent bath but needs dispensers to reach easily. For older people steps are quite dangerous

Liked: The hotel was extremely comfortable. A beautiful view in the middle of the mountains. Food was great, and they had beer and shisha available (which is not common). Staff were incredibly nice and helpful. I would've loved to stay longer.
Disliked: I knew this and it didn't bother me, but it's not walking distance to anything (which is the whole point if you want to have an amazing view in the middle of the mountains).

Liked: Nice location up in the hills, comfortable beds, big rooms and aircon worked well and nice and quiet.
Disliked: Our room was below the restaurant so every morning at 5am could hear furniture being dragged across the floor. Pool wasn’t very clean and anyone with mobility issues would struggle to get in and out. Day spa was very average, old beds that creaked, door left open during massage.
