“Go twice!”
We are a family who traveled with our 6-year-old son. We spent the first 5 days of our 11-day trip there. It truly is the best hotel in Kota. Although there were ongoing construction works, the overall view was a bit disappointing, but the pool and facilities were all accessible. And above all, the staff was really friendly and very helpful. The island tour with Star Marina was also the best. The kids' room, movie room, and game room were all fun to enjoy throughout the week. I think we could have stayed for the full 10 days and been happy. We had such a great time!! Highly recommended!

“far too expensive for what it currently offers”
Liked: The rooms were definitely the highlight of our stay. They were immaculate, comfortable, and very well maintained. The staff was also very friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. We really enjoyed the Chinese restaurant and had some very good meals there. Breakfast was decent, with enough variety, although it was nothing particularly special. The marina is definitely one of the biggest advantages of this hotel. Having the marina right on the property was extremely convenient for our island-hopping trip, and it was actually the main reason we chose to stay here.
Disliked: Unfortunately, the overall facilities were a major disappointment, especially considering the price we paid. The hotel feels quite old, and many areas are visibly in need of renovation and much better maintenance. The swimming pools looked old and worn, and the children’s play areas and games were also quite deteriorated. For a hotel in this price range, we expected the resort facilities to be much better maintained. Overall, while the rooms, staff, restaurants, and marina were positive aspects of our stay, we felt the hotel was far too expensive for what it currently offers. At the price we paid, we expected a much more modern and well-maintained resort experience.

“Great hotel!”
Staff so friendly and very helpful. The buggy car make us easy to reach building of our room. Our children have fun at swimming pool, kids zone and vr room. The room so clean and very comfortable. The food so tasty! overall it's really worth your money.
