Liked: Beautiful grounds and very quiet stay

Disliked: Nothing. Exceptional

Liked: The staff were absolutely excellent.

Disliked: The pool closes too early.

Liked: Pretty and smelled good

Disliked: Rooms not sound proof, charged for self parking in the middle of nowhere

Liked: Lovely property, great pool and fitness center, quiet, friendly and helpful staff,

Disliked: Not a thing to complain about.

Liked: The pools, the landscape, the view, the food, the staff- All were amazing!

Disliked: The bugs were crazy by the light out by the patio. I would have liked to have the option to turn the light off. There was also a large spiderweb above the bed that creeped me out.

Liked: The view and staff where amazing. The buffet breakfast was so good. The bed and pillows where so comfy. Room was a good size and stayed cool. The bath tub and shower was really nice at night after our long days.

Disliked: The hallway walk from our car to room being a long one was very annoying to walk past garbage outside the rooms was really horrible especially for the price.

Liked: I have never met so many helpful and kind employees at one business. Absolutely everyone seemed happy to be there and eager to be of assistance. Bravo to your HR team for finding stellar employees.

Liked: I love that this hotel is so close to the venue i attend for shows. I love the view,, the pool, the grounds, the valet and front desk staff, the late check out option, the beautiful rooms and the beds!! The beds are like heavennnn

Disliked: The door to my bathroom had what looked like someone's makeup covered hand prints on it. That was disappointing after spending a nice chunk of change to feel fancy. It was also upsetting that the road from the venue to the resort was closed. It turned a 7 minute drive into a confusing 25 minute goose chase. Gps didn't get the road closure memo.
