Sheraton Grand Jakarta Gandaria City Hotel

Some friends and I were travelling and had unfortunately fallen victim to a good old fashioned fake photos at another hotel. Quicky we looked up available hotels near us and thankfully the Sheraton had availability for the remainder of our trip so we went and ahead and booked it. It was the greatest decision we made for the trip. Arriving at the lobby which was beautiful and clean, friendly and amazing staff all throughout the hotel. Once we had checked into our rooms it was euphoric, 2 double beds each an beautiful bathroom with a shower and bath we were relaxed the moment we stepped in. Absolutely will be staying in the next time I visit and highly recommend to anyone travelling to Jakarta.

A very nice & pleasant place to stay. The chef is very friendly, offering a special cooking of our favorit dish

Liked: Clean, access to mall, nice breakfast

Disliked: Nothing really

Staff very friendly

Liked: Clean and nice hotel, nice with the adjacent mall. The room was spacious and nice, pool area ok, breakfast tasty, although a bit limited if you don't eat Asian warm dishes for breakfast. Super attentive staff and service level top notch!

Comfortable hotel, friendly staff, our regular place for short family getaways with my little family. Although once on a Sunday morning we had to wait a long time in line to get into the restaurant for breakfast.

I like ny room, the nice smell of oil once enter the hotel.Staff are really good

Liked: The staff were all so helpful. When I checked in, I heard the mosque standing in the bathroom with door closed so I asked to change rooms. The check in staff and on duty managers were excellent and helped me move rooms to a room that had sound proof double glazing problem solved. Super comfy beds, great space in the room and the breakfast buffet was wonderful. Huge choice for all tastes in a pleasant high ceiling room with wlarge floor to ceiling windows. Overall would deffinitely stay again if needed.

Disliked: Only the sound of the prayers from Mosque located on opposite side of my first room but as mentioned, the staff sorted it out without any big delay and the new room, despite being right in front of the mosque, the extreemly thick double glazed windows worked a charm. Slept so well:)
