“Great location”

Liked: Location and breakfast were great.

Disliked: The location is very convenient, but the hotel is a bit outdated. Our main concern was cleanliness and safety. There was shattered glass on the carpet and bathroom floor. The staff responded promptly and came twice when I reported it, but unfortunately the cleaning was not thorough, as we continued to find small pieces of glass. Especially after the second report, an alternative solution or further inspection could have been offered, but unfortunately that did not happen. With a young child, this was particularly concerning.

“One of the Top 5 Hotels I've Ever Stayed In”

A truly fantastic stay from start to finish. The hotel is beautiful, clean, and in a prime location. What truly sets it apart is the exceptional staff—every team member was remarkably polite, professional, and delivered top-tier hospitality throughout our visit. Highly recommended, and we will definitely stay here again!

“Enjoyed the stay and amenities, would definitely come back in the future.”

Liked: The property was in great location, about 10 minutes walking to the city center. Breakfast buffet exceeded our expectation with tons of choices and options. Room was clean, well stocked and the bed was very comfortable. Great service throughout. Pricey drinks at the bar but that's to be expected. Never made it to the rooftop bar as lobby lounge area and bar was excellent to hang out with friends.

Disliked: Wished the pool area was bigger with more lounge chairs but Jacuzzi tub and sauna was great.
