Sheraton Grand Sydney Hyde Park

Poor view room with a long curly hair under the pillow…. And Im a guy staying here alone🙂dont celebrate any event or anniversary celebration here. They have provided nothing, not even a card. And there is only one window with no view unlike what was shown on the photos taken

Liked: The whole experience was delightful. We were in Sydney to celebrate my wife's birthday and could not have asked for more by way of the hotel. Location is great right in the CBD and overlooking the park Service was exceptional with everyone greeting us with a smile Room was spacious and had everything we needed. Cleaning daily could not be faulted The Club Lounge on Level 21 deserves special mention. The food and the service here was a credit to your management team. We had breakfast in the lounge and found the huge selection of food and coffee available to be excellent. Staff constantly replaced anything that needed refilling and cleared away our used plates as soon as we finished. The lounge staff (both morning and evening shifts) were very friendly, efficient and yet not intrusive. Evening drinks and canopies were just amazing. We had no complaints and would definitely recommend the Sheraton on the Park to anyone coming to Sydney

Disliked: Nothing really from two people who have travelled extensively and therefore have considerable experience and knowledge of both good and bad hotels in many parts of the world.

Liked: Great location, beautiful common areas, staff were wonderful.

Disliked: Our room was a little bit dated. The window blind was damaged and there was a chunk missing from the wall l.

Liked: This is my most favorite hotel to stay in Sydney. From the opulant foyer to the exceptional pool area, I absolutely love love this place. The breakfast they have here is truely a delight and massive variation in foods to choose from. I always pick this place when I can. I cannot say anything but good things about this hotel.

Disliked: Nothing. Honsstly I cant see anything that could be improved. Its just a wonderful experince to stay here

Disliked: Doors slamming from other rooms all night. Could have been provided more information on check in. Heard others getting a good spiel but I didn’t. The disabled room was excellent except for the bar located on the wall above the bench seat. It only allowed use of half of the seat as you can’t sit on it without the bar in your back which made it unstable for my husband who had no legs. Cleaner only left one towel for 2 of us so had to ring for more.

Liked: Best beds I’ve even slept in. Great location, beautiful hotel
