“4 star yes, but needs improvement”
5 star hotels are everywhere in this area in hua hin, two which i have visited are blatantly cutting corners affecting the guest experience, in this case, a pretty quiet hotel, they put me in a dark room which got zero sunlight all day, there is 2 tea, 2 coffee and 2 sugar in a room that costs 3500thb per day. Cutting corners. I booked a pool access room, which was nice in Thai style, however, we had 2 towels in the whole room which were for the showering, ok no problem, the pool opens at 7am, I can swim to the booth there and get a pool towel there, nope, no staff, no towels, returned to the room, soaking wet, now I needed to walk to the bathroom dripping wet to get a shower towel, my gf standing on the balcony, and nearly sliding to here demise on the tiles just before I got back with the towels, absolutely unsafe due to more cutting corners, a pool access room should have beach towels in the room, and if the pool opens at 7am I should be able to get towels beside the main pool. Overall not good enough, would probably not stay again as previously mentioned there are numerous 5 star hotels in this area. Cutting costs at the risk of guest safety is unacceptable, improvement is needed if guests are expected to return.

“Everything is good.”
The big pool is great, the kids love it. The breakfast is good, the staff is very nice. The only issue is that the TV in the room is old and doesn’t have YouTube. Everything else is excellent.

“I had a great time.”
The garden view has nothing to see. If you want a room facing the pool, you can upgrade at the lobby by paying an additional fee. The staff are used to that information. There is a long waterway in front of the accommodation, and at the end, there is an infinity pool. And in front of that, the sea unfolds. It incurs costs to take an Uber when going to the city, but living in the hotel was very satisfying.

“Stunning grounds”
Liked: The lagoon pool and hotel grounds were incredible and very well maintained. Breakfast had everything you could want and need with helpful staff. The half board package was very good with amazing food included. There’s no need to leave the hotel! We look forward to returning soon.
Disliked: The only negative was some noise late at night from other guests. But the staff responded and resolved this straight away 😊

“A truly five-star hotel experience.”
I was very impressed from the welcome. The room was very clean, spacious, and comfortable. The wifi code was easy to connect to. The facilities were complete. The hot bath was nice for relaxing. The shower gel and shampoo smelled really great. The layout of the hotel was excellent; you can walk from the central area to the lobby without needing to call a golf cart. There’s also access to the pool from every building. I highly recommend it for anyone who likes a large swimming pool. It’s really spacious and fun to swim in. The pool was clean and the water was clear. The breakfast was fantastic. I will definitely stop by again.

“So so.”
Liked: We got a pool access villa so very convenient to swim.
Disliked: Breakfast was not good and taste is bad. Lake of variety. Below standard of 5 star hotel.
