“Exceptional”

Liked: The service, atmosphere, and the welcoming, including personal assistance, was fantastic. Thank you all. Please keep it up.

Disliked: I wish I could find something to say. The chicken burger could have been better, too much Mayo, chicken questionable. Didn't enjoy it

“Great view of shipping”

Liked: Our upgraded room was spacious with a great view, the welcome and reception team were brilliant, as was the breakfast.

Disliked: The plumbing was idiosyncratic (e.g. both or neither shower-heads)

“Beautiful view, but let down by the AC and location logistics"”

Liked: On the positive side, our sea-view room was absolutely beautiful, clean, and comfortable. As for the amenities, the breakfast was excellent, and the staff members were incredibly kind and helpful throughout our stay.

Disliked: The hotel is actually located near the Bakırköy Sahili station rather than the main Bakırköy hub. If you get off at Bakırköy, expect a 15-minute walk to reach the hotel. Additionally, getting to major attractions requires switching transit lines a few times, so the location wasn't ideal for me. The AC was not working properly, keeping the room temperature above 25°C. Although the staff sent someone to check on it after a few requests, it became clear the unit simply needed to be replaced. Because of this AC issue, I wouldn't stay here again. Furthermore, there were loud evening events nearby, and the noise made it very difficult to sleep. If you close the window would have been OK but as AC wasn’t working it was very difficult to sleep. The hotel definitely requires some upgrades.
