“The best 5 star hotel in town!”
Its never be a bad experience everytime when I stayed here because everything what you need been provided at excellent level. My great experience too when I met with very kind staff at Sheraton Club at level 20th her name Jasmine which she served me with very friendly and also kind. Thank you very much for sure will be back again.

“Flawless”
From check in to check out was all flawless. Kudos to all front office staff all were excellent. Room was superb abd ambience was really awosome. Pool was great with view of all over kk town

Suitable for honeymoon, room is spacious and with big tub. Nearby to Welcome seafood restaurant just afew mins walking distance.

Rooms were spacious and clean. Friendly staffs. Chef Ryan and his team even help to organise my son’s birthday at the very last minute.. food was good too 👍👍👍

“Excellent Facilities and a Comfortable Business Stay”
I had a pleasant stay at Sheraton Kota Kinabalu. The hotel offers excellent facilities, a comfortable environment, and a welcoming atmosphere, making it a great choice for business travelers. “Really enjoyed our stay - Thank you”
Liked: Location, views, pool, friendly staff. We paid more for the sea view and our room was stunning!!! Total luxury:) The pool area was fabulous, particularly at sunset
Disliked: Not much we didn’t like tbh, one area by the pool was closed but not a huge issue. Thought it would be a nice touch to green up the feel of the hotel with some better landscaping. Beautifully designed hotel but a bit of a missed opportunity in terms of gardens and a softer feel.
