“Good Stay”

Went there for an ASEAN meeting. Didn’t disappoint at all. Good facilities, tight security, wonderful breakfast and clean room. Kudos to the cleaner who went an extra miles to tidy up my room n fold my used cloth. Cant thank you enough for that. Highly recommended!!!

“Minor issue but can be avoided”

Everything is well until our last two hours when we are trying to get more sleep (due to lack of sleep from an event we attended the previous night) we requested for 1pm late check out for the reason of extended rest and sleep prior to check out. Unhappily a housekeeper woke us up by doorbell at 11:40am to check on the minibar consumption- but there’s no minibar set up in the room.. for improvement: housekeeping dept. must have an updated record of minibar set up for their staff awareness. Front desk must furnish hskpg dept. a copy of rooms they allowed for late check out - so hskpg can timing the room check. Overall, we will still come back to Sheraton Manila Bay.
