“Great hotel but pricey”

The location is excellent. The staff is excellent. Our room was tiny at *** The single room for 2 people has a small dbl bed. It's banked against the wall so its difficult

“Above average”

The staff were arguing with each other right in front of guests, creating a tense atmosphere. Being directly connected to the station is convenient, but a taxi driver didn’t know how to enter the driveway and couldn’t find it, so if you need a taxi it might be better to ask the front desk to call one. The room’s plumbing/fixtures feel a bit dated.

“Fantastic location”

We got a room on high floor overlooking the Shibuya scramble. Location is amazing - in the heart of everything. Was disappointed in the buffet breakfast. I would not recommend getting the breakfast. It was the same each day, selection wasn’t great and a lot of food wasn’t hot. Staff was very lovely
