Siargao Bleu Resort And Spa

My fiancée and I had an absolutely amazing stay at Siargao Bleu Resort and Spa! We arrived around seven hours before the official check-in time, but the staff went out of their way to accommodate us and make sure we were taken care of. Especially our assigned butler, Edwin.. That level of hospitality immediately made a great impression on us. The team was incredibly warm, welcoming, and attentive throughout our stay. To make the experience even better, after two days, we were upgraded to a better room, which was such a thoughtful and wonderful surprise! Beyond the beautiful setting, what truly made this resort stand out was the people. Their genuine kindness and willingness to go the extra mile made us feel special and turned our trip into a memorable experience. My fiancée loved it so much that she didn’t want to leave the island anymore! Hhaha Honestly, we could have stayed longer. A huge thank you to the entire team for making our stay so enjoyable. If you’re visiting Siargao and looking for a resort with outstanding hospitality, we highly recommend Siargao Bleu Resort and Spa. We had an incredible time, and we’ll definitely be back!

Nobody warned us about the actual situation at the resort before our arrival. We paid a relatively high price compared with other similar accommodations in the area, and only after arriving did we discover that the resort was undergoing extensive renovation work. The gym was unavailable, there was construction sheeting in several areas, and some parts of the resort were restricted due to the ongoing work. The worst part was the noise. Workers started drilling into the walls early in the morning, making it very difficult to sleep and properly enjoy our vacation. We also experienced electrical problems a couple of times during our stay. On the positive side, the staff were very kind, friendly, and always willing to help. The location is also excellent. Unfortunately, these positive aspects were not enough to justify the price we paid considering the condition of the resort and the inconvenience caused by the renovation. Renovations are understandable. Hotels need maintenance and improvements from time to time. What is not acceptable is failing to clearly inform guests before they book or before they arrive. Had we known about the construction work, the unavailable facilities, and the expected noise, we could have made an informed decision about whether to stay there or choose another resort. So the main question remains: Why did management not warn us about the ongoing renovation before our arrival? For the price we paid, we expected transparency and the opportunity to know exactly what we were paying for.

The staff and the grounds/pool were great. There’s not a lot of space to lounge beside the pool if you’re not in the pool cabanas, but it’s still beautiful. The rooms weren’t great though. Very dirty (not in an unclean way, just in a way that they need a renovation), very little hot water, and the AC didn’t keep it cool enough to sleep comfortably. We stayed in the Terrace rooms. It would have been a fine experience for *** instead of ***

An amazing stay with exceptional service! The resort is beautiful:) and the staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming. The swimming pool is beautiful and convenient for both adults and children to enjoy. Breakfast was delicious with a great variety. The butler service made everything so effortless and stress-free. Highly recommended!

Peaceful, great staff. Nice morning breakfast. They say they are getting starlink. Wifi is spotty but useable.
