“Great location and staff”

The hotel was in a great location for everything, night market and nightlife.it was buuzzing The staff was great Lan on reception was very help. Pepper the tour organiser was fabulous she i told her what my need was, she arranged the day trip for me, she was very help and amazing I recommend that you talk to her I cant wait to go back and will book this hotel again

“Don't see you next time.”

For me, I won't book for next time. It feel like a budget hotel, but the price is expensive than some 4 star hotel in Hanoi. The space of the room is too small for two person, feeling so pressure in the room, feeling not to stay in the room when resting. The blanket provided is just a piece of quilt cover, without quilt. The toilet is very slippery, need to be more careful, and got a weird smell. Got insects in the room. The staff is okay. The location is good.

⭐ Very Disappointing Experience – Poor Housekeeping and Breakfast Service I am very disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The room was not clean, with dust everywhere, including on the beds. Even after requesting housekeeping, the blanket was not replaced. It was still dirty, just like the previous day. This is unacceptable for a hotel. The breakfast service was also very disappointing. Breakfast was not ready at 7 AM, and when I came back at 8 AM, the food had run out and was not replenished. The cleanliness and service were far below my expectations. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone, and I hope the management takes these complaints seriously and improves their service.

“Very good for active guests”

The location is perfect but of course there is noise. For my room, there was some stairs even with elevator. Due to the narrow structure, it is hard to get from one side of the bed to the other.

“Acceptable”

This place is the worst place i have stayed for the night out of 5-6 places in old quarters. Food is terrible. Bathroom amenities broken. Cleanliness almost non-existent. Elevator smell like piss. Staffs are also terrible.
