“A super convenient place to shop!”
I have a very good impression of how the hotel supported my family with early check-in. Staying here is very convenient for shopping, only the hotel pillows are quite high, not suitable for me and difficult for young children, and the hotel provided few towels, the housekeeping staff were a bit unpleasant when I asked for more towels. Besides that, everything was wonderful! I hope that next time I return, everything will be improved!

“Excellent”
Liked: I liked the location. It was easy to get into public transportation, Grab Car, food and shopping. Housekeeping made sure we had enough water and ice since the weather was too hot during our stay.
Disliked: The breakfast selection was good but not quite worth the price we paid for. The elevator seemed not enough for the guests. The wait is long since the one of the elevators is down due to maintenance.

“Nice stay but there are better options elsehwere”
This is hotel is pretty seasoned but it is stilla nice stay. When I was there 1 of the 4 lifts was down for maintenance while a 2nd one was always out of service probably for the same reason. The room is "seasoned" to say the least so do not expect tip top condition while cleanliness and everything else are alright. Convenience and location win hands down. But TBH, I would seek other newer/better? alternatives next time I want to stay along Orchard Road

“Breakfast is diverse and delicious.”
Breakfast had a wide variety of options. All the dishes were delicious. Personally, I was happy that I could cut the three types of cheese to my preferred thickness. Also, I was pleased that I could have an omelet made to reflect my preferences for the finer ingredients in the egg dish.

“Getaway with the family”
Got the rooms by the pool. Clean and spacious rooms. Would be great to have halal food options for breakfast
