“Solo traveller”
Not sure the hotel likes solo travellers, not very helpful. Was given the option to select smoking room, asked for a room away and with balcony, no issues when booking, once arrived was advised hotel is smoke free. Felt like a lepper having a smoke, in the hotel carpark. Pretty sure smoking isn’t illegal yet. Not upfront with many things.

“Hard bed”
Service,location, staff were excellent.. the air remote did not work in our room but there is a manual control installed on the ceiling which I had to get to other than that everything was great till sleep time... the bed os hard as a board and there is no give on the mattress for that I cant recommend but if thats your thing then an excellent hotel...

“A dissatisfied customer”
The hotel should get a 3 star rating and not 5. Pools are dirty and stinks. No activities for kids. No entertainment. Staff are unhelpful. The only person who was helpful was the security man in the car park. Breakfast was just about ok. The location is bad. It’s way out and there’s nothing around. would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

“Info not clear”
I reserved Grand Deluxe Lanna suite and they give me a room on the 3rd floor without elevator! i told them I have mobility problem, they offer me another room on the ground floor but I had to pay double what I paid as an upgrade! Which is not fare with my condition, facilities are too old not maintained well, fan on the porch was broken, it was a disaster one night stay!

“Perfect stay!”
It’s not in the old city but it’s worth it to take the 10-15 minute grab it takes to get out there. It feels very secluded and laid back. The staff was lovely and the accommodations extremely comfortable. We had a great time and plan on going back.

“So much potential, wasted.”
This hotel could be so much more than what it is, it has the potential to get a true 4/5 star rating. It’s completely held back by its decaying and unkempt architecture. The pool bridge looks like it could collapse any second, it desperately needs to be painted, it has facilities but they’re all vacant or “under construction”, with no construction at all. It’s quite sad to see it this way, as for the most part it’s lovely. The staff are great, the rooms are big and spacious. The breakfast was not good. Hopefully they can turn it around.
