Sixty Star Love Place Hotel

I've stayed for more than 2 weeks now at that place. Never saw anyone putting so much heart in his job 👍🏻 Plus the hotel of course, which is wonderful 🙂

staff pretend to nice, but if you found the problem in the room. they will turn to aggressive attitude 😏😏

Great start and owner

I was upset with the owner accusing me of paying the security deposit as only 50 baht when in fact I paid the full 500 baht. I had completed the payment as soon as I received my cash, but about five minutes later the owner knocked on the door and told me I hadn’t paid the full amount (I was completely accused — it made me feel very bad). I asked them to check the CCTV footage.

Liked: the guy who is the owner is very kind and helping. i didn't mind staying far from the downtown, the grab taxi was easy to find in Bangkok anyway

Liked: A review that everyone should read before booking this hotel. The rooms are very average, and there was no hot water. However, that’s nothing compared to the way the staff treated me. Before I arrived, I specifically asked if I could leave my luggage at the hotel after check-out because I had an evening flight. They confirmed that it would be fine. But when I checked out, the receptionist suddenly made it into a problem and said he couldn’t guarantee that my luggage would be safe if I left it there. That was already disappointing, but it got even worse. I spent the whole day outside and came back later to collect my bags. Since I still had about an hour before leaving for the airport, I politely told him I would sit in the lobby and wait. It’s worth mentioning that during my entire stay, apart from the receptionist, nobody ever used the lobby. He became angry and told me that I was not allowed to stay there and that I had to leave immediately. It was also raining heavily outside, yet he still insisted that I leave the hotel. I have been traveling for the past six months and have stayed in many hotels, but I have never experienced such rude, unprofessional, and unwelcoming behavior from hotel staff. I would definitely not recommend staying here.

This hotel feels like it's nearly abandoned, and on top of that the staff used inappropriate language toward both guests and visitors. They chased me out and threw my belongings just because I was a bit slow in finding my ID card, even though I had booked the room through Agoda and had already paid for it. I didn't owe anything, yet they chased me away and spoke to me horribly, treating me like dirt. I want to make it clear: I strongly do not recommend this hotel.
