Sky Hip Resort Jomtean Pattaya

Good value for the money

Amazing peaceful place, very friendly and good owner and staff!

Everything was great. Owner P'Muay was very kind and lovely — when she saw we'd had a bad experience elsewhere, she did her best to make us feel better.

The room wasn’t clean. I actually checked in at 2 PM but when I arrived at 3 PM my room still hadn’t been prepared. There was no one to receive me and the staff were hard to understand.

The location is excellent. The staff are lovely and friendly and take great care of guests. The atmosphere is also nice — I was very impressed. Thank you very much; I will definitely come back.

The service was excellent, but I do have one complaint: the mattress in my room was very hard — when I sank in a bit I could feel the springs pressing into my back. They should add an extra topper layer for comfort. Thank you.

The room was not large and not clean. There were several cockroaches dried up and dead behind the door and in the bathroom. The glass door at the back of the room wouldn’t lock. The hotel Wi‑Fi didn’t work and the TV couldn’t be watched. We informed the staff but no technician came to fix anything. The swimming pool is nice, private and clean — I give it 5 stars; my child loved it. But the room was not very satisfactory.

I was assigned room E6, which is at the very end and not by the pool. The TV didn’t work and staff couldn’t fix it. There were a lot of mosquitoes and the bed wasn’t okay.
