Liked: Very spacious and the bathroom is nice and clean

Liked: We never dtayed because what we booked is different from what is in the post.Everything is not true all the amenities,details they described about the romm is the total opposite of wht it really looks like. It is just a cheap,smelly,dirty motel. Employees are rude and really disrestpectful.And all they post or put ingormation about this Hotel are not true. I did not check in after i saw what a cheap,dirty smelly motel its is,right away I booked another hotel. I do not recconmend this because everything thy descrived about their property and amenities are all lies.

Disliked: Everything i dont like,never stayed after bad experienced seeing it tthe night i am supposed to check in.Also the bad treatment i experienced with thier staff was totally un accepttable and worst.

Liked: Location and spaciousness of the room

Disliked: Unfortunately it wasn't the room I booked that included a washing machine. When I entered the room, the floor was still wet (I didn't check in early), as if they just finished cleaning it, but there was trash in the dustbin and the toilet contianed some fecal stains. I soon realized there wasn't any remote for the A/C, so I needed to go down: when I explained the situation to one of the reception guy, he laugh and started talking to another guy in khmer. The other guy started telling me that the hotel has a policy of not giving the AC remotes to the clients and that tenperature is set at 24 degrees; only by paying a fee they can give the remotes (the AC was included in the room price). I told him fine, but AC is not working in my room. He came up with few remotes and started pressing buttons that did nothing. He suggested changing the room but just after saying that he asked how many days I was gonna stay, and after seeing how things went, I was not going to extend my stay there, so I said 2 nights, as booked; then he retracted about changing the room. After some time and few remotes after, he managed to fix the AC issue. The owner is someone with French phone number. It would be good if the owner could somehow improve staffs attitude towards clients.

Not good for recommendations. Room are small smoke.

Liked: Ummm nothing.

Disliked: On fourth floor no elevator..in an alley.. Room door was very hard to unlock.. Room needs updated...no TV...no fridge. No light in the bathroom...no closet...

Liked: Very friendly and helpful staff. There was an unfortunate broken pipe which flooded the top floor on my first morning. Staff was very apologetic and came immediately to clean up the water and made sure all of the wet items in my luggage were laundered for me by the next day. Front desk staff was also kind and helpful.

Disliked: The room was small and didn’t match the pictures. There was a used towel left behind in the room (but luckily I had my own) and a pretty steady line of red ants from under the door to the in-room trash can. Elevator only went to the 7th floor making my room on the 8th a bit harder to reach. And my balcony door was open when I arrived (unbeknownst to me) and quite a few mosquitoes got in before I noticed. And the air conditioning, while a nice feature, didn’t put out enough cold air to keep the room cool enough to sleep. Still, for the price, about what I expected.

Liked: Absolutely nothing. I felt unsafe. They scam me and took me to a different building, someone offered to sell me cocaine. It's a horrible place

Disliked: Everything for one the owner laughed at me when I asked her refund I booked a room We can advance confirmed with them the day I was arriving I arrived in the room was available, the guy at the front desk didn't know anything going on, he called the owner they took me across the street to a derelict building, showed me a room with yellow sheets and drug dealers outside, cockroaches on the floor... I was shocked and horrified I said hey you don't have my room okay give me the refund they denied me and refused it. The owner then proceeded to laugh at me when I said at Smith at police report she said she pays the police so not to worry about it. This is by far the worst experience I've ever had any hotel. I'm also thoroughly disgusted that booking.com will not help with any sort of refund situation with this. Properties like this should be removed from the platform they're scammers they make it unsafe environment.

Liked: Nothing They fake their scores using methods to keep a high rating. Look at google reviews they are a horrible hotel. They must use some method where they book a room at their own hotel and give themselves 5 stars.
