“Amazing!”

Liked: Excellent location, literally just three blocks from the Sagrada Familia. The room was a decent size, although it felt a little tight because of the bed and the wall, but it was modern, clean, and comfortable. The bathroom was also very clean and well maintained. The hotel has an elevator, and there are cafés and supermarkets very close by. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was quite good. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this hotel.

“Worst hotel I've stayed at. Stay away!”

Liked: Walking distance to Fatima. Just outside the gates.

Disliked: Everything else is bad. Towels are like sandpaper, very hard and stiff. Amenities are lacking. No shampoo, not even paper cups, shower has mildew all over, no tissue or napkin. Room has nothing except hard bed. AC does not work. They conserve energy so the halls are dark with motion sensor. I don't feel safe walking in the hotel. Food is bad. If they're not expecting any guest to check in, they close the the front desk so there's no one there and they turn off the lights. We got stuck in elevator because it just don't work. Don't stay here. There's a lot of hotels around that's also close to Fatima. Never again!

“Outstanding location and check in check out times”

Hotel is a rare one across Europe who allows you to check in and check out 12 to 12, or near that time. Amazing location, staff were outstanding. The room sizes are very decent and cleanliness is amazing. Highly recommended

The room was a good size, clean and well maintained, with housekeeping adding to the comfort.
