We had to wait long time before we could check in bec we didn't receive the booking code to be able to do smart check-in via their machine. But the security guy on duty was very accommodating. The room description said there was a sofa bed but there was none when we came inside the room so the three of us had to cramp in one bed

“Charged twice and no response on refund!!”

Although the property was clean and well stocked up kitchen, we were asked to pay *** at automated room card dispenser upon arrival at the property despite me paying the full room tariff online which was *** and since its automated there's no human help available for any issues faced by the customer. Tried reaching out multiple times through email, messages and calls (always busy), didnt get any responnse. we are still waiting for a response from Agoda and Property owner on why we were asked to pay twice!!

“Enjoyed our stay”

The place was clean and in a very good location, with several takeaway food places nearby. The check-in process was a little confusing, as we didn’t receive the booking ID needed for the self-check-in machine. We had to call them to get the information, which was a bit inconvenient. Overall, though, it was a good stay.

“Check- in System is so Terrible”

I would like to explain the bad experience in your hotel For check-in system.I and another guest have to wait in front of the self check in machine so long. I have booked your apartment till 16:30 I have tried to contact the staff many times and wait for him again and again. Finally I can go to stay at the room at 21.00 TT

“Surprisingly nice!”

I was sort of anxious while reading negative reviews from former guests of this property in the recent period. Yet, I got super nice, tidy, clean, and comfy room with almost completed amenities. Only there was no aircon or heater that and the tv channels were not thar varied. The check-in process was kinda challenging because the machine had not English option. However, the property sent the procedure for check-in/out so it's little easy. The distance to the metro was okay, not too closed nor too far. And it had an elevator too!

“Disappointing room”

We booked a room with full kitchennette as we went to Vienna at Christmas time. The photos showed an oven and hob. Yet the room we had didnt have any oven. There was no response from the team on any message we left in chat. There is no contact number to speak with them. It is self checkin, so no one meets you in person. Really disappointing
