Liked: The staff were exceptional. Extremely responsive to my every need and want. The grounds were exceptionally clean. The lobby staff and door staff(in all lobbies—there are more than one), were so kind and thoughtful. Breakfast was amazing. My room was amazing with its view of the Lotte Tower and the lake below. Shower and bathroom were state of the art. Lighting was superb. Including the giant TV Screen downstairs-roughly 10' high by 24' long. All photos were taken from inside my room, except the Sofitel Ambassador Seoul Hotel itself, and the big screen mentioned above.

Disliked: The pillows were a bit soft for my liking. I wish there was a setting to keep the drapes open when you power down the room. Yes, that's right. Your keycard powers up the room, which was very cool.

Disliked: Breakfast is scheduled in 3 sessions but that doesn’t prevent an overcrowded restaurant. Hotel should provide a reservation system like Signiel is doing it. The subway is too loud in the morning if your room is located with river view.

“Amazing Stay & Absolutely Loved It!”

This was our 4th stay and we had such a wonderful stay at Sofitel Seoul as always. Everything was amazing from start to finish. The hotel is beautiful, the room was clean, comfortable and luxurious, and the service was exceptional. The staff were incredibly friendly, professional and helpful, and they really made us feel welcome throughout our stay. The location is also fantastic and very convenient. We genuinely enjoyed every moment of our stay and couldn’t have been happier with our experience. I would definitely stay here again on my next visit to Seoul next APR and highly recommend this hotel!
