“Exceptional”
Liked: We had the best time in Sofitel Legend Hanoi. The concierge was excepcional and the overall team was kind and attentive. Sofitel Legend is, without any doubt one of the best hotels I have stayed in. I travel around the world often and go to 5 star hotels always. Sofitel is my number one hotel so far in all the xontinents I have visited Jacqueline Curiel

“Amazing for couples,”
The Beaulieu hotel is a must try of you can afford it. Very relaxing time by the pool, the hotel can also accommodate if you're celebrating something

“Hotels in Hanoi are expensive. If you compare to other places in Vietnam, so I have a problem with the value for money.”
Liked: Great location beautiful hotel. Rooms are nice. Breakfast is good swimming pool not for swimmers.
Disliked: Small things like hangers for towels are missing. In general, nice hotel.

“Grand dame”
A lovely hotel however for the price per night it should be amazing which it is not. Our room was properly the most disappointing aspect of the whole hotel. Each morning we were woken up by music from the t’ai chi in the parkland opposite The room whilst very very pretty was also totally impractical with no space for luggage, a huge mini bar taking up far too much space, pieces of information and paper everywhere and clutter. The staff were absolutely wondeful and the heritage tour was fascinating The pool area whilst lovely is very very busy and can quite quickly get untidy and full of old glasses and plates I realised these are all 1st world issues but having stayed at a number of luxury hotels this was not quite “there”

“It was a wonderful experience.”
The service was incredibly attentive, and I was able to spend a pleasant time. The room was clean, and the hotel’s interior, itself a historical building, was beautiful, making it a very valuable experience. I also participated in the hotel history tour, which was very educational, covering topics from the hotel's architecture to its condition during the Vietnam War, as well as anecdotes about famous people who stayed there. I stayed with a plan that included afternoon tea and evening cocktail service, and I was very satisfied with both the drinks and the food. I felt it was worth more than the price. The breakfast was also very delicious, and I particularly enjoyed the chilled salmon and tuna. The fresh mango juice was incredibly tasty, arguably the best I had during this trip.
