“Amazing retreat”
I will go there again and again if I can! Feels like you are in a resort in an island. Lovely vibes and clean environment. Rooms are amazing too!

“Great Hotel”
One of the better hotels (for the price you pay) in Sentosa I think, that still feels decently new and have that grand vibe. had a rather dubious experience with the staffs and manager which was a slight negative on my overall experience, but for the overall price i paid + the remedy offered by the manager in the end, cant complain. tip for future travellers - maybe just make sure the room you booked is indeed what you get (and not downgraded without your knowledge/their denial)

“Wonderful staycation”
Big room. Complimentary upgrade by hotel. Celebrated birthday for guest. Check in takes fair bit of waiting time, hope this can improve. Facilities are nice. Need to take buggy to the gym and spa place (so nice and relaxing).

“Great stay with families”
Great place & service and the concierge. Very helpful staff and breakfast was great! Location is awesome and great chill place for stay with families. Credit to the staff who have been helping us out throught our stay there( firdaus,and a few more staff who have helping to sort out things and even politely sharing with us around about the hotel. Definitely will come again for our stay!

“Not family friendly”
There was unfortunately no notification that the kids club was closed. No make up activities or kids activities in this hotel. Facilities are quite dated. No smart TV in the hotel room. Staff at breakfast were otherwise very friendly. For the amount paid would have wished there was better in room facilities.

“Rustic Bali Charm Surrounded by Nature”
A charming hotel with lovely Bali-inspired rustic vibes, surrounded by greenery and nature. We enjoyed the peaceful setting, with plenty of trees and even peacocks around the property. The breakfast buffet was also good, with a decent variety of options. The beach is nearby and accessible via a boardwalk, but there are a few flights of stairs to go up and down, so it may not be the most stroller- or elderly-friendly. Some of the facilities could also use a little more maintenance. Overall, a relaxing and romantic stay with a beautiful natural setting — especially suited for couples looking for a peaceful getaway.

“Not as great anymore”
The room was situated right beside the renovation with zero views outside the window. Breakfast spread was limited. Staff at check in counter looks lost when asked about check in details and seem very inexperience, not knowing how to response or simply give a holding response. Had better experience during my last visit.
