The kids loved it and wanted to stay here for several days. Overall the space was clean, tidy and comfortable, and the facilities and equipment were well maintained. Bump pads were installed at key spots to prevent children from getting hurt. Minor issues: The guesthouse doesn’t have a Google Maps business address, so you can’t navigate to it directly. The affiliated parking lot is one-way, so if cars are entering and exiting at the same time it’s easy to block each other, and the lot has potholes and uneven surfaces which make driving difficult. The bathroom paint seemed to be giving off an odor, possibly because it was recently repainted. Other than that, the experience was very good.

Coming down the slide you hit the wall directly — there’s not enough padding and it’s very dangerous. The fire safety inspection also failed. There are illegal partitions throughout the place; it’s so bad it makes you think of the Cheng Chung Cheng building fire — you definitely wouldn’t be able to escape. When I asked customer service for their legal guesthouse registration they immediately got evasive and hung up. My car was scratched in the parking area they provided, and when I mentioned it they immediately responded with an “it’s not my problem” attitude. When I asked for the parking lot manager’s phone number they kept stalling and refusing to deal with it. The whole attitude was irresponsible and nasty, and they didn’t apologize. If you love your family and children, please choose somewhere else.

Location is super convenient. We brought a small child so we were very concerned about safety, but there were no corner guards or soft padding on the fixtures. It feels like they only half-heartedly did the family-friendly part. The bathtub is Hello Kitty themed and tends to trap dirt — we had to wash it twice before using and still found small bits (like seaweed?). Soundproofing is a bit poor. But considering the price and convenience, I still give a positive rating.

I really don't want to recommend this place to everyone — I want to keep it to myself, afraid it will be fully booked and I won't be able to stay again. But I also feel guilty not recommending it to families with children. Everything works very well here; it's a great choice for all kinds of family trips because it can accommodate many types of guests — for example: couples, families, parents with kids... all can stay.

The room facilities kept the kids happily entertained, but there was a lot of hair on the floor — obviously not cleaned properly. I didn't feel comfortable using the bathroom cups either. Soundproofing was poor. Although the guesthouse has set playtime rules, if you care about quality you should think twice. Considering the price, it's acceptable. I also suggest the guesthouse go through official inspections and approvals. One floor has so many rooms but no fire safety equipment — that's really bad.

My kids love the peppa pig playground theme room. They were running around so much. Keep them occupied while we do other stuff.

The room was nice; I booked through AGODA. AGODA didn't make things clear — the navigation address was wrong, almost causing a problem. The road is narrow, and unfortunately it rained heavily that day, which made things a bit troublesome. Check-in is at a different address, at a place called MICHELLE. Because the road is narrow, there were a lot of people checking in and parking at night and many people checking out in the morning, so there was nowhere to stop briefly. Many scooters were parked under the arcade, making it awkward to carry luggage. The parking is a short distance away; the lot is gravel, which is usually fine, but after the heavy rain it was all puddles… I returned to the room soaking and bedraggled. Also, there is a temple across the street that happened to have a morning event with a loud microphone and drums, which went on for over an hour. If you plan to book, you might want to check whether the temple has any events. The room and service were fine — the rain and the temple event aren't their fault. Still, it put adults in a bad mood. Fortunately the kids had a great time playing in the room.

First, this place can’t be found on Google — I only got the address by calling. The on-site facilities aren’t for playing with, only for taking photos. I booked a family room thinking it would be something my child could use, but it wasn’t — and my daughter actually got hurt because of that. The room has no windows and feels suffocating; it smelled awful. There was a dehumidifier, but it was moldy inside. For the price, the environment and facilities are really poor. Parents thinking of booking should reconsider.
