“Very disappointing”

Liked: Good location

Disliked: A disappointing stay. The hotel feels very tired inside and in need of refurbishment, and I found the service underwhelming. There were several basic problems with the room: the phone didn’t work, the shower wasn’t functioning properly, and there was an issue with the blinds. Even turning the lights off was unnecessarily awkward. There was no central switch to control all the lamps, so they had to be switched off individually or unplugged. Taken together, these issues made for a frustrating and uncomfortable stay. The hotel needs better maintenance and more attentive service. I wouldn’t choose to stay here again.

“Best location”

Liked: We love the spacious feel of the room and the luxurious amenities. Staff are welcoming and quick to provide excellent, professional service. The location is perfect and it's the only place we stay during our annual visits to Toronto.

Disliked: There is honestly nothing we don't like about this hotel. We don't like leaving.
