Good place to wtay
Liked: Everything was clean and the staff were nice
Disliked: Nothing
I'd highly recommend this hotel. The staff were very helpful and accommodating when needed. The breakfast was very good including local and western options. The location was great as it was close to but not in the Old Quarter and West Lake was a nice walking distance away. We were never more than 15 minutes walk from most places. The rooms are very nice and beds were comfortable.
We had a great stay here, rooms were spacious, clean and well done. Breakfast is also nice. Good value for money! Special thanks to Tank for taking good care of us.
Of the two nights I stayed, I arrived late on the first night and stayed in a Deluxe room, and on the second night I stayed in a King room. The King room (801) is really wonderful — you get exclusive use of a terrace even bigger than the room, the bathroom is huge, and the bathtub is beautiful, which made me very happy. The location may feel relatively far from the Old Quarter, but it’s still reasonable — I walked to Hoan Kiem once in the morning and once in the afternoon.
its very good

Liked: The staff were incredibly helpful. I booked two two-days excursions through the hotel and the process went smoothly and organized.
