It's a bit removed from Hoan Kiem Lake, but that's actually nice — it's quiet in the evenings. There are several pleasant cafés and good restaurants around the hotel, so I looked forward to evenings. Over my 5-night, 6-day stay, every staff member I met greeted me with a smile and said hello — they were truly friendly. There were no bugs in the room as I had worried about; it was spacious, clean, the bed was in excellent condition, and the air conditioning was blasting and very cool. I slept soundly. The foam rinsed off well after showering. Please be sure to replace the shower head filter in the bathroom. I had no complaints about the breakfast restaurant — the variety and quality of the food were more than sufficient and very delicious. I used the laundry service twice and that was good as well. In every respect it was a top-tier hotel. This was my first time staying here. Excellent! Five stars! Everything's great! Thank you!
The staff are really nice and warm, see things in your point of view to provide the proper service and suggestions. The room is absolutely gorgeous and the facilities are great! The pool on the roof floor is quite clean and comfortable. We are also impressed by the breakfast which contains various of types and the menu ones are soooo tasty! We really enjoyed the time there, and we would definitely recommend it to anyone who is going to visit Ha Noi to stay there!

Disliked: Alarm went off for quite awhile at about 1am on my first night, not sure what it was about but that was the only bad thing that happened.

Hotel was new and the room is clean,location near old Quarter town,the breakfast was good with many varieties spread. The front reception, Manager and concierge were all giving good services and helpful. Will recommend to stay there when in hanoi
The newly renovated restaurant is located at a quiet intersection, near a Kmart supermarket for convenient daily shopping. Most memorable was the friendly and patient staff who were always there to help with any problems.
