Sole Miami A Noble House Resort

I enjoyed my stay everyone was nice and welcoming. The rooms were clean getting off the elevator onto the floor was quick and easy. The smells in the hallways were refreshing. I enjoyed my breakfast at the restaurant and valet car service was exceptional.

Liked: Property was conveniently located to Good eats

Disliked: Check in: The front desk seemed less attentive during our arrival. While handing over the room key, the staff member spoke the room number aloud, which could pose a security risk if anyone nearby had heard. It was fortunate, no one did. We were not given the WiFi password and had to call the desk to obtain it. The person working valet assisted other people with their bags as they were coming out. When it came to us, the individual stared at us and later asked “you need help?” While remaining seated. Not a big deal but the inconsistency was noted. Room: The room (partial ocean view) was noticeably smaller than expected, particularly compared to the photos. It served its purpose during our stay, so we adapted. The toilet initially failed to flush due to a lack of water, requiring us to pour water into it the first night; the issue resolved itself later. Overall clean room with a great view! Restaurant: The prices are on the higher end, but the staff were very friendly and excellent. They made the experience feel great, and the food was delicious. I would recommend any meal (breakfast, lunch and dinner). Beach workers: The team was outstanding - from food and drink runners to towel staff. They were a great group and very welcoming; we wish them the best in future endeavors. Pro: Hotel staff were accommodating with check-in and check-out times. The hotel smelled clean and pleasant. Great location and the beach scene was more about relaxing which was something we were looking forward to do. Con: The main disappointment was attention to detail. I noted in my booking that we were celebrating a milestone anniversary. Knowing details can be missed, I called the evening before to mention our excitement about the milestone anniversary and spoke with someone at the front desk. When we arrived or any point in the stay, it was not acknowledged.

Disliked: Road up to the hotel. Cars complain hard to go up

Liked: I loved the views and location. Food was good too.

Disliked: Car parking pulling up to the hotel was little difficult and always backed up.

Liked: The decor was beautiful and cozy! The bellman were great. Beautiful views and balcony.

Disliked: Staff was rude. My suite had mold in the bathroom. My toilet would barely flush. There was dust accumulation on sides of bed and night stand. Staff kept giving me one face towel and suite was booked for 2 guest. The beach staff was rude especially the girl that works the hut.

My friend and I stayed at Sole Miami for a small weekend getaway, and it was exactly what we needed. We spent time at the pool, enjoyed the beach, and also had a nice meal at the restaurant on the property. The hotel’s changing room with a shower was especially convenient after the beach. Overall, the stay was very relaxing and gave us the perfect little escape.
