“Infinitely touched by the service!”

I was surprised by the service and attitude of the staff, even though it might be inconvenient to move around since it's not near the Hanoi Old Quarter. Especially, I want to thank the NOVA staff for assisting me from check-in and providing necessary information and help to travelers along the way. The hotel condition and room were good, but thanks to the service, it felt twice as good! Nhất NOVA!!!

“Great place for two-week family stay”

Liked: Great space for feeling at home. The pool was beyond our expectations, very clean and well tended. Washer/dryer is really helpful for a stay that’s longer than a few days.

Disliked: Breakfast was a bit average

“It was a very heartwarming stay.”

The staff contacted me very courteously even before my stay, offering airport transfer suggestions and information about the points club, providing attentive support. Their email replies were quick, and they handled everything very sincerely, so I felt at ease from before my arrival. During my stay it happened to be my birthday, and I was delighted to find a handwritten message and some sweets hanging on the front door—a very pleasant surprise. I really appreciated that warm thoughtfulness. The location is a little far from the Old Quarter, but it's about a 20-minute Grab ride, so we didn't find it particularly inconvenient. However, if you plan to join optional tours that meet early in the Old Quarter, such as Halong Bay cruises, a hotel in the Old Quarter might be more convenient. The room was well furnished with all the usual appliances, and having a washer and dryer was very helpful. Being able to wash clothes and hand towels during the trip is really convenient. Bringing laundry gel capsules, etc., will make your stay even more comfortable. Our 2-night, 3-day stay was very comfortable, and above all the warm service from the staff left a strong impression. Thank you for a wonderful stay 😊
