Liked: Location to the airport

Disliked: They gave our room away that we had specifically booked the day before we arrived so that when we arrived at some stupid hour of the morning we could check right in and go to bed. After I made the original booking I followed it up with an email and a phone call to make sure the room would be good to go when we arrived. When we arrived at 0145 hours we were offered to go to another hotel or stand by for a room to become ready because they had given our room to someone else who arrived earlier that day. We waited about 30 mins for our room which was not that bad in the end however it was not what I had originally paid for. They did offer to move us by 1100 am the next morning to the room we did book but at that point the bed was comfy and it was too much hassle to pack and move rooms only to check out a few hours later so we opted to stay. They did provide a free buffet breakfast for us in the morning which was okay. And we are booked in and paid already with this place again on our return trip. I hope it all goes well and that we get a room and the room II booked right from the jump. Staff were nice, not their fault at 0145 hours but it was a frustrating and sad intro to the hotel that we had been looking forward to staying at. This was also the first time that that has ever happened to us Fingers crossed for our return
