“Pretty converted terrace in a beautiful neighbourhood, with friendly and helpful staff.”

Liked: Location is perfect, close to everything in a beautiful neighborhood but also very quiet. Room (top floor, room 10) is beautiful with a view to the city. Staff were so friendly and helpful.

Disliked: It is four flights of stairs to the top floor (Room 10) which I didn't mind but if you have access needs, or a heavy suitcase, you will need to request a room on the ground floor. It was also quite cold, I think the aircon wasn't working. This didn't bother me and probably could be fixed if I had asked (which I didn't feel the need to).

“Fabulous Hotel!!!”

Liked: The property is in a fantastic location with many restaurants nearby and great shopping too. The room was a good size and nicely designed with fine linens and towels. The staff was very helpful and always pleasant aiming to make guests comfortable and happy. The welcome drink was a nice touch and the evening cookie tray a plus! Fabulous property.

Disliked: There was nothing we didn't like!!
