Liked: Location was indeed splendid! Very fresh quality of breakfast buffet with en exceptionally friendly staff! Samuel at the reception desk was very warm, friendly and professional! The lifeguard Vincenzo was very kind and hard working!
Disliked: Bathroom could use a refresh!!

“The property is lovely, and the staff was friendly and helpful. just needs upgrading ( in my opinion only).”
Liked: Location right on the water. Fantastic view. Clean. The staff was excellent, and the breakfast buffet had good choices. Also the restaurant for dinner of spaghetti and clams was very good. (I would overlook the things I didn’t like, and stay again.)
Disliked: Thin walls, and hard bed. The bar could offer snacks with drinks. The pool snack bar didn’t open until after 3:00

“Mt Etna delay turned into a two night stay outside Palermo.”
Liked: Our flight out of Catania was cx due to M Etna and we could not book a flight so drive to Palermo and wanted a quiet ocean location that that was reasonably close….Spendid was the perfect choice Beautiful view from our room of the bay. Great breakfast too

“Above average”
Liked: The location is amazing. The pool is good enough. If you get a sea view from your room, it's wonderful. Overall a pleasant stay nevertheless.
Disliked: The assortment at the breakfast buffet could be better. Something was nice but not top notch. At first, I got a room where the toilet was not flushing. They changed it to another one but overall the impression is that the structure is a bit old and in need of renovation. I have heard that some room (and I suspect the first one assigned to me was among these too) had problems with the A/C. Overall certain areas were super cold due to excessive A/C.
