“Amazing location and ataff”
So happy i booked this hotel Highly recommend foe anyone visiting Chicago, steps from train station, millénium park, river cruises, great restaurants would definitely stay here again

“Very good”
Liked: Loved the room and locatiom
Disliked: Nothing wrong with the hotel itself. The check in staff charged me double tried to fix it but I was never notified that there was an error. Took a half a day of explaining what the issue was to get it resolved. Still waiting on refunds.

“Nice hotel”
We enjoyed our stay couple of things to note parking is $79 a night also very small fridge and no microwave in room. Also no laundry facility onsite either. They do offer daily activities such as tailgate parties all inclisive

“Great Location and Staff”
The property impressed with its prime location, cleanliness, and the very friendly and helpful staff. The rooms have an unusual layout where you basicaly enter through the bathroom, but it works on a practical level. The staff was top-notch, and I did not meet anyone who was not willing to go out of their way to assist in any way they could.

“"Resort" but really a timeShare”
No hot water, unhelpful staff. All you hear was sorry, no action taken. Stick to the magazine, SI- the business model is not working. Be prepared for a heavily aggressive time share sale during your stay. And for a resort, it has zero amenities that would suggest that it is one.

“Great location, not a hotel, definitely not a resort.”
The rooms and facilities are nice and well maintained. However, apart from having front desk staff, it cannot be categorized as a resort nor hotel. Seems that regardless of the length of stay, the rooms are not serviced and they simply say that they can provide new towels or toiletries on demand. Trash piles up, towels pile on the floor and they don't even bother. For the price of the room, I would expect rooms to be serviced at least every other day.

“Fantastic stay”
Stayed at Sports Illustrated Resorts Chicago for 6 days and 5 nights. - Friendly staff at check-in - Spacious and clean room - Good location, quiet - Nice gym and other facilities such as L2 lounge If I were to come back to Chicago, I would stay here again.
