Yesterday booked this hotel through Agoda.com but while visiting directly it's very worst in condition rooms it's dirt and dust room and no ac room available not cleaned condition of washroom.. so I didn't check in and asked refund my amount but they not responded anything my money and time waste then I went and stay nearby hotels only. Its my first experience from agoda.com booking service customer care also not responding my calls I tried almost 20more times.. really I got frustrated 🥴. Note: people we should aware these kind of fraud and fake hotels and take necessary action accordingly
