Star Wood Inn

The staff are kind, polite, and always ready to help. Really happy with the service

I've stayed here twice now, it's right next to the Olympic stadium which I like for morning exercise. The rooms have good air conditioning, whereas other hotels would only give you a fan for the price they charge per room. The staff are really cool, the hot water works, the beds were comfy in both the rooms I've stayed in. Strong wifi and right near the bus station, so I was able to walk from the bus station to the hotel. I recommend it.

Nice

I can never work Cambodian Asian out if they had drop the price a few dollars i would have stayed longer so the best price is on Agoda been in Asia 18 years just silly The room is small but ok what more can I say not a lot. Maybe two to three days stay tourist. The staff were OK. Would I stay again not really but my opinion should not stop anyone else going there. As I said two to three days ok if you are a tourist.

I booked a twin bed room and got a one bed room. Supposedly because every other room was booked out. So why am I paying for a twin bed room? The first thing they did when I entered the room was spray some air refreshener, which was a really bad sign. And it did not help with the sewage smell that prevailed during the night. The air con didn't help and was extremely rattly and loud. They told me I need to contact Agoda if I want a refund but it's non-refundable and Agoda couldn't help at all. Avoid.

Price was cheap when I booked. Place is clean, everything works fine (internet, shower, etc...) and the staff is kind.

The room is quite big but the shower drain is clogged. Need to wait for about 5-10mins for the water to be drained. The staff are friendly.

The receptionist is friendly, and the location is good. She took all information of guest's passport and told to sign in a form of the hotel.
