“A little better than being homeless”
Liked: Location. It is very close to the main train station.
Disliked: My room was extremely small, awkward-shaped, very little room beside the bed, shared bathroom and much of it seemed very badly worn out. The place I stayed was far different from the photos you see online and should not be rated as nearly as high as it is. My room was on the second floor with no elevator (up to tall flights of stairs).

“Quiet, friendly, very close to train station!”
Liked: Employees are always great!
Disliked: I don't like carrying suitcases to the upper floor, but the staff always accommodates my request for lower floors

“Far too overpriced. A little bit noisy and not very comfortable. That said the location can’t be beat.”
Liked: The location can’t be beat. It’s literally a two minute walk from Krakow Glowny. But it is extremely overpriced and kind of seedy.
Disliked: The room was extremely worn, and the mattress was far too soft. It felt like I was in a soft ditch.

“Close to station”
I choose it because it was close to the main station and had an early departure. Worked out well. Close to center and quock journeys eldrwhete Room looks nothing like the picture but was ok. An older building in good condition. 24 hour reception. No lift. Room on second floor.

“Brilliant location, awful bed’s”
We have stayed here at least a dozen times over the years due to its location which is adjacent to the bus/train station. Sadly, this will be the last time for us. The mattresses need replacing urgently. Woke up both mornings with a bad back which impacted what I could do during the rest of the day.
