“Acceptable”

Liked: Don't know, didn't get to stay. They gave our room away! I never saw anything about a check-in time that had to be done before. I don't know midnight or whatever and so they called while we were in a concert. Could not hear it. Just so I missed a call. They said they tried to call and call and call and leave a voicemail but the voicemail is full. My voicemail was not full and so they gave our room away and then didn't bother to issue a like full refund and find us a room. They found us a room next door at the Holiday inn Express not for the same kind of room. Not for the same kind of bed and definitely not for discounted price. Never ever ever stay at these hotels.

Disliked: See above but also don't make me the the bad guy because I didn't pick up my phone because I didn't know I had to confirm the night of if I wasn't there by a certain time. This is a terrible policy which they claim everybody in Columbus, Ohio does. I will never stay in any of those hotels ever again. Not really sure I'll use booking.com again.

“Horrible hotel”

Liked: The merchant (Booking.com / Staybridge Suites) misrepresented the charges. The listing explicitly stated a $10/day parking fee, but upon arrival, the front desk demanded $25/day and refused to honor the platform rate. I refused to check in and left immediately without using any room or services. I contacted both the property and Booking.com, but they refused to issue a refund.

“Exceptional service with a smile!”

Liked: The staff is very friendly, the lady at the front desk did an exceptional job of explaining everything? And what other features were available to us. I love the fact that there was security at night in the parking lot. It was awesome for the price!

Disliked: I did not find anything I didn't like! It is one of the few times I have not had a complaint about a hotel. I've stayed at! I have another conference coming up in march and plan on booking again.at this hotel..

“Bring Your Own Firestick”

Liked: The staff was nice.

Disliked: They required you to bring your own hoWetspot or firstick to watch TV???? That felt insane. Even the staff agreed it was odd. And after driving 7 hours and just wanting to let the kids watch TV while I showered, that was a huge letdown. It's also just such an odd thing to not provide, especially for the price.
