Liked: Room was clean, spacious and even had a balcony. One light switch for the bedroom and the living room/kitchen. If you switch it off, everything goes dark. However there are separate lamps you can use.

Disliked: It's a bit of a walk from the station if you are pushing luggage. If travelling with elderly or someone with mobility issues, take a taxi.

Liked: Easy access from Train station & Flix Bus station, its walkable 5 min. Room is fabulous, Every thing is excellent, except the Guys at Front desk.

Disliked: Staff is not friendly, better they need to replace new staff... Check-in "you need to wait till 3pm"... Don't expect early check-in. You no need to ask for Early check-in, Staff is not friendly...What every your request they will tell Check in is at 3pm, you need to wait. Smile guys it doesn't cost any thing......Staff keeps long faces for any questions.

Liked: On check-in. Julia was great, however the rest of the reception staff were cold and unhelpful. They didn't want to be disturbed from their interactions with other staff. The staff at breakfast were always friendly and nice. The bed was comfortable

Disliked: There was not much storage space, which was an issue for a six day stay. They even wanted to charge for coffee and tea replacement and the room wasn't serviced. You could pay extra for this service. Also the fridge had no freezer section. So ice was not available. Also the windows didn't offer much insulation from the noise young people partying on the street.

Liked: Clean and the location is very close to train station and restaurants

a nice place to stay if you don’t mind taking 15-20 minutes to travel to the main island of venice by bus or train. flixbus or itabus stops are just steps away if you’re planning a transit. the apartment we got was generally clean and spacious. might be more convenient if the washroom had a bit more room for placing personal items or clothes as there was just a small gap around the sink for that, plus two hooks on the wall.

Liked: The room was very spacious and the staff was friendly and helpful. All in all everything was good.

Disliked: There were two lifts. One stopped working and the other one stopped working on our floor, so we had to use the stairs. That was odd. Well, it was the 5th floor so this was a little inconvenient I shall say. Oh, and the shower water wasn't draining properly.

I was looking for a place with a kitchen to cook for my child, but the utensils and setup felt more like a kitchenette. It's within walking distance from Mestre station with a suitcase, though it's located at the far edge among hotels in that area. Overall, it wasn't bad.
