“Good”

The bathroom smelled of sewage/drain odors. The mattress sagged into a dip, and the metal bed frame creaked when moving. The room faced the road and traffic noise was very loud day and night.

“Clean, comfortable. Convenient if you want to be really close to the ferry terminal the next day”

Liked: The room was clean and comfortable. Hot shower. Good location to be close to ferry terminal

Disliked: There were no restaurants within walking distance. However, we were provided with a free taxi ride to a restaurant on the beach. I would probably stay in surat thani next time and travel the next morning to catch the ferry. The staff were lovely and the room was comfortable but there was no breakfast option either.
