“Find a good bathroom cleaner to clean the clean room.”

This stay the bathroom was very dirty. The room smelled — the pillows smelled — the towels smelled; everything was both foul and musty.

“It's good enough just to sleep.”

Far from the bus stop. They did hold our luggage. If you use Grab, the convenience store right in front makes it very convenient! Close to Khaosan Road. Within walking distance to the Grand Palace. The pier for the boat to Wat Arun is also about a 20-minute walk, so it was handy for getting around. The fridge was always cold, which was great, and the air conditioning worked well! There was also a microwave at the front desk. Not for people who expect spotless shower rooms and the like. If you just need somewhere to sleep, the price was much appreciated!

“Need more improvement”

My family traveled to Bangkok and stay here for 3 nights. My friend got itchy while sleeping with the bed and asked the reception to change and clean the bed sheet but still nothing happened. The bin trash was not taken also. Please improve the accommodation and the service as well.

“Terrible service, I give it here.”

The front desk staff ignored guests and didn’t care. We waited a long time. The Burmese staff told us one thing on the app and the hotel told us something different, and we had to pay extra. Poor service, not good. The room was dirty everywhere. The bathroom smelled. The air-conditioning couldn’t be adjusted — they locked the remote. The mattress had stains, the sheets were very yellow. I thought the bedside lamp was going to electrocute me today. I give this place first prize for being terrible. Terrible, terrible, terrible.

“NO save ur money.”

In agoda and booking with 8star reviews but no the place is i dont know not match to the descriptions and picture i think. Out side the hotel is like a scraped area so you will be will waking up to the sound of people selling scraps. The rooms is in bad shape, stained bedsheets stained walls, toilet is not cleaned 😑 the roof has a hole with water dripping off from the 5th floor toilet. We ask for refund and ask help with agoda.. dont bother to ask because they will not help u! 7days stay is hell. Even the agoda reviews are true
