Sultanahmet coskun hotel

Liked: Amazing host

Disliked: Washroom has some problems with the faucets

Disliked: I booked the property at least one week in advance through Booking.com. However, when I arrived at the hotel with my family, we were given a completely different room—approximately 14 square meters—despite having booked a 37 square meter room with a kitchen. When I asked about the room I had reserved, the staff simply said it was not available. This was highly misleading, as the information on Booking.com did not reflect the actual situation. At around 11:30 PM, with two kids, I was forced to search for another hotel because it was impossible for us to stay in such a small room. The most disappointing part was that, instead of trying to resolve the issue, the staff told me to cancel the booking. But at least I was not charged because they accept the cancellation.

Disliked: The whole story about the hotel is a scamThe hotel probably doesn't even have a license to operate. The rooms were not like the pictures, if you rebel they will probably call the rest of the family to beat you up. No way to this hotel, no way. Worst experience ever.

Liked: Location is good. No smell issues unlike in other places in the area.

Disliked: Had to wait to check in even though I had requested to check in at 12 noon on Booking.com. But it's not a big deal.

Liked: The staff was exceptionally helpful. They were facilitating everything the whole time

Disliked: I think it needs to be a bit more hygienic

Liked: Comfortable beds, great location St. Sophia's Mosque is very near, also other food facilities.

Disliked: Little space in the room but okay

Liked: The hosts are very nice, making this experience more fun. Also the location was very good, allowing us to explore how and where Turkish families live:)

Stayed about a week and it was all good. Owner is very friendly and accommodating. Location is very good. Room a bit small but it works. Beds could do with a change but overall good 👍🏻
