Urban Hotel

Liked: Great location, interesting art, staff excellent right from the door men, front desk, restaurant team and housekeeping

Disliked: Hoped the roof terrace and pool was open

Liked: Fantastic location, breakfast and staff.

Perfect location for our stay. The staff were all so lovely and helpful. Rooms were clean, tidy and spacious. Maybe a little dark in the rooms of if I was going to note anything. Rooftop area and pool were closed while we were there

Liked: Excellent position. All sites were within walking distance. Staff were exceptional. They were so helpful and very charming. Breakfast buffet was amazing. Had dinner at their restaurant Cebo which was fantastic.

Disliked: Nothing. It was our first visit to Madrid and the experience was so positive we can’t wait to return.

Liked: All the thoughtful details - from candy and cava on arrival to hair straighteners and steamers in the room. Oh and the pillow concierge and blackout curtains!

Liked: The location is a walking distance from Gran Via. Staff are very helpful and always offering help.

Disliked: Room service wasn’t the best for the value of the stay.

Liked: Definitely felt like a higher-end hotel, without the extremely high-end prices. We were welcomed by very friendly staff with a glass of Cava, and our bags were brought to our rooms very promptly. The hotel itself is beautifully appointed and dramatic, and everything was very clean. The room was comfortable and elegant, and the bathroom, with a double sink, two showers, and a separate toilet room with a bidet, was very nice.

Disliked: Some of the lights in the room were a bit difficult to figure out, and the only waste bin in the bathroom was very small and in the separate toilet room, but other than that, can't think of any complaints.

Liked: The service provided by all the staff was excellent. The interior design of the hotel was a delightful surprise. The location of the hotel was exceptional. The car park was great.

Disliked: The wardrobe automatic light did not turn off due to the hinged door not aligned. The suite room size was great but lacked shelving or storage space for bathroom items and suitcase placement.
